Villa Scilla and Cariddi is a Mediterranean-style estate, nestled in green surroundings and fully overlooking the Strait of Messina, providing a breathtaking panorama.

It is located in a peaceful residential area, just a few kilometers away from the beaches, ferries, and very close to the Annunziata and Papardo University Campus.

We offer our guests both Rooms and Dépendances for 2/4 people, complete with private bathrooms, LED TVs, ultra-fast fiber WIFI, air conditioning, and independent entrances.

The small Dépendances are all equipped with a kitchenette. For all our guests, parking is available inside the property and free of charge; we also provide a large panoramic garden, a splendid and spacious veranda, and a majestic lounge with a library, piano, and board games.

Inside the villa, you will also have the opportunity to book a superb and super panoramic Padel Court of the latest generation.
