In Scarborough’s North Bay, opposite Peasholm Park, this friendly, 4-star family-run B&B offers free Wi-Fi and scenic views towards the park. Guests can enjoy full English breakfasts and rooms with elegant décor.

The individually decorated rooms at Park View each have a modern en suite bathroom with free toiletries replenished daily. Front bedrooms have park views, while some overlook the courtyard. All rooms have a flat-screen TV/DVD player and tea/coffee facilities.

Hearty full English breakfasts are served daily in the bright, airy dining room, with vegetarian and lighter continental options also available. Seasonal fresh fruit and fruit juice are available in the buffet, and you can eat as much tea, coffee, toast and cereal as you like. Breakfast is served from 8:15 to 9:00.
